2. General information

I collect and process personal data only to the extent necessary for the provision of this website and my services. Below I inform you which data are processed when and for what purpose.

3. Access data when visiting the website (server logs)

When this website is accessed, the hosting provider collects technically necessary access data: IP address, date and time of the request, URL requested, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, user agent. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a stable, secure operation of the website). This data is deleted or anonymised after no more than 30 days.

4. Hosting (Vercel)

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street, Suite 500, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. As part of delivering the page, Vercel processes the access data mentioned under point 3 on the basis of a data-processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) lit. c GDPR) and — where applicable — the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Contact form and email contact

If you send me an enquiry via the contact form or by email, I process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, your message and, where given, the chosen price tier) in order to answer your enquiry and to initiate a possible coaching relationship. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your contact). The data is not passed on to third parties other than the email service provider named under point 6. Your data is deleted as soon as the purpose of processing no longer applies, at the latest three years after the last contact, provided no statutory retention periods (e.g. § 147 AO, § 257 HGB) apply.

6. Email dispatch (Resend)

For transactional email dispatch (e.g. forwarding your contact enquiry and confirmation emails) I use the service Resend, provided by Resend Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. A data-processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Resend. Transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and — where applicable — the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b or lit. f GDPR.

7. Analytics (Plausible Analytics)

To analyse use of the site I use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia). Plausible collects only anonymised, aggregated usage data, does not set cookies and does not create cross-device profiles. IP addresses are not stored. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in privacy-friendly analytics).

At any time you have the right to information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), correction (Art. 16 GDPR), deletion (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
